Once you request a quote for your project, one of our highly knowledgeable team members will reach out to you via text, email, or by the phone to set up a time that works best for your schedule to get you in for an estimate. When we arrive at your home or property, we will go through and take very detailed notes and precise measurements in-order to calculate it through our estimating software to ensure that you get the most accurate pricing every time. Then we’ll go over what paint product you would like to use. (We strongly recommend using high quality paint products from our trusted brand Sherwin Williams, to make sure your home is covered under our warranty). This is a fast and efficient process, so you’ll be able to see the pricing before we leave from your estimate!
After you approve of the estimate, we move into selecting the colors that are going to be used on the project. If you already know what colors you would like to use, great that makes things easy. If not we can set up a time to do a color consultation to support you in making a decision on which colors fit you best. Still having a hard time deciding and need to see it in person? No worries we got you covered with up to four free samples to test and see in person on your wall. Now that we got the colors all picked out, it is time to set up an approximate start date that’s based around your schedule!
On the start day of your project, we’ll do a quick walk through to make sure everyone is on the same page before any work has begun. Then we’ll begin the prep stage of your project, which is the most important step in any painting project. We’ll use attentive detail in masking everything off properly, pressure washing, cleaning all the surfaces that paint will be applied to, caulking, patching, repairing any irregularities in or on your home, removing outlet plates, gutters, or anything else that would obstruct the surface we are applying paint to etc. (This will be gone over in greater detail in your estimate, to determine the quality you are looking to receive out of your painting project). Then we apply the beautiful colors that you have selected for your home and the amount of coats we have agreed on to get the perfect coverage. Once the work day comes to an end, a daily clean up will be in effect to keep your project running smoothly, clean, and tidy.
Finally your project is coming to an end. We will imply a final cleaning of removing any left over paint drops, old paint chips, tape, tarps, and coverings will be disposed of properly. Any furniture, outlet covers, or anything else will be re-set to the original configurations that were agreed upon. Then we’ll all take a detailed walk through or around the home, making sure expectations have been met and you’re happy with the overall result of the project. You’ll then sign off on the quality check and you’ll now be ready to enjoy your beautiful home that is freshened up for years to come!
