Warranty Information

 Our warranty entails that any problems due to our workmanship or the product itself, will be taken care of properly and fixed. The length of your warranty will depend on the quality of the paint that you decide to go with. We strongly encourage using high quality paint from our trusted brand Sherwin Williams. Sherwin offers a significant selection of top-tier paint products with an excellence warranty and a reasonable price point. However, we will accommodate any paint our client prefers. If you’re looking to have a longer warranty on your paint job feel free to reach out to us and ask about the quality paints that are available for you! 

We want to work with you and your budget, however if you choose to make any shortcuts in order to save some money, and we can’t provide the essential prep work and/or quality materials, we won’t be able to back up our work and guarantee our client that the job will last. 

 The warranty covers any failure from the products used or workmanship such as fading, bubbling, peeling, chipping, missed areas, and crooked line work. Just the affected areas will be properly fixed and dealt with, an entire repaint of the project or certain areas is not always necessary unless the majority of the surface is completely failing. Any damages taken from natural disasters or anything else that is out of our control, Snappy Painting will not be held liable.   

The life expectancy of a high quality product should last you anywhere from 5-12 years depending on the current condition of the home, the age of the home, and the choice of color that is selected. You can generally expect your professional paint job to last you one of these following lengths based on your selection:

- Other quality paint types - 5 year lifespan  

- (SW) Superpaint - 5-7 year lifespan

- (SW) Latitude - 7-9 year lifespan  

- (SW) Duration - 8-11 year lifespan

- (SW) Emerald - 10-12 year lifespan

Exterior

- Any other quality paint types - 2 year warranty  

- (SW) Superpaint - 3 year warranty

- (SW) Latitude - 4 year warranty

- (SW) Duration - 5 year warranty

- (SW) Emerald - 6 year warranty

We maintain a $1,000,000 general liability insurance policy on all people working on your home. With safety in mind, we will do everything we can to avoid any injuries on the jobsite. However, accidents can happen. In the event of anything being broken during the process of the job, or any injuries that may occur, you don’t need to worry about losing any sleep. Our insurance policy will cover any accidents that arise.
